Opportunity: Strategic Planning Consultant RFP
The California Arts Council is developing a new Strategic Plan to guide the work of the agency for three to five years; beginning in January 2019. The agency is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or consultant teams to assist in the development of the Strategic Plan, including extensive public outreach as a key element of the process. NEA guidelines for 2019 projects now available
