los gatos history 19th Annual Historic Homes Tour November 3-4 10am-4pm $40 This year The Historic Homes Tour features the Broadway Historic District! Five historic homes dating from between 1874 - 1921 feature unique and harmonious juxtapositions of historic and modern elements. Back by popular demand, two homes included in previous tours show off recent renovations and innovations. Garden tours associated with the homes will also be available. In affiliation with local artists, three locations on the tour will display artwork for sale. This is a walking tour and all homes are within a half-mile route (or one-mile loop). *Please note that all the homes on this tour have stairs. Purchase your tickets online today! Docents and House Captains Needed Volunteers will receive half-price tickets to the Homes Tour if they are interested in viewing other homes on the tour. The half-price tickets are $20. Both morning and afternoon shifts are available for Saturday (3rd) and Sunday (4th). Shifts are 3 1/2 hours each.
