LLMA Artist Fellowship Cohort 4 (2020-2021)
This week at the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art, Pride month begins with a week of virtual and in-person events. 

Tonight, in our galleries, we debut artist Carlos Martiel’s durational performance,
On Friday June 4th, we’re opening Chosen, a two-month photographic exhibition and collaboration with TRNK NYC, including artists Mengwen Cao, Clifford Prince King, Myles Loftin, Groana Melendez, Golden, Alexis Ruiseco-Lombrera, Coyote Park, and Ka-Man Tse. Stay tuned for more details!


And on Thursday June 3rd and Friday June 4th, the fourth cohort of LLMA’s vibrant Artist Fellowship will culminate in a series of four virtual public presentations. Each event will feature a short artists’ talk by three Fellows, followed by a facilitated discussion. Led by director Ela Troyano, and now in its fourth year, the Fellowship has expanded on centering queer artists of color to include international artists with a focus on artists working in, or hailing from the Caribbean, along with artists from NYC and the US. Register here.
