1. Educate yourself on what it means to be a feminist and support gender             equality – then, talk to other guys about feminism and gender equality.

2. Listen to and support women when they share stories of sexism and sexual       assault. 

3. Elevate the voices of women, especially at work or school. Let women speak     for themselves. 

4. Stand up for women being harassed by intervening (without being                     patronizing) or just being there for them. 

5. Become more open to the range of gender expressions that you accept, and     understand that gender is a spectrum, not a category.
