YOUTH SPEAKS OUT - OPENING RECEPTION   At the Pa​lo Alto Art Center   Saturday, March 9, 2013  5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.   FREE Admission   Experience the artwork of Palo Alto Youth in the exhibition Youth Speaks Out from March 9th through 24th, 2013.
