Artist studio available at Arc Studios & Gallery beginning February 1st, 2017       Artist studio #206 on the second floor of Arc Studios & Gallery will be available for lease effective February 1st, 2017.  This studio is 275 square feet and has its own skylight. A one-year lease is available from February 1, 2017 to January 31, 2018 at the monthly rate of $800.00. This includes $780.00 monthly rent and $20.00 marketing fee.  Upon signing of the lease, a security deposit of $780.00 and $800.00 first month's rent & fee will be due. A three year lease option is also available. Includes participation in ArtSpan SF Open Studios, annual Arc studio artist group exhibition, regular opening receptions, and more.
